24^th Annual General Meeting - July 16, 2021

The Exporters' Association of Sri Lanka (EASL) which is an approved Association of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce held its 24th AGM on 16th July, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. as a Virtual Meeting connected through Microsoft Teams.

Mr. Talal Shums of Shums & Company (Pvt) Ltd was elected as the Chairman for EASL whilst Mr. Ranil Goonetilleke elected as the 1st Vice Chairman and Mr. Yohan Lawrence elected as the 2nd Vice Chairman

• 1. MINUTES
  To confirm the minutes of the 23rd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 30th July 2020 at 2.00 pm.

• 2. ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
  To approve and adopt the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021.

• 3. ADDRESS BY THE OUTGOING CHAIRMAN

• 4. ELECTIONS/APPOINTMENT FOR 2021 - 2022

  • a) To announce the Chairman and two Vice Chairmen

  • b)To announce the Managing Committee consisting of

    • Members elected by the membership

    • Representatives nominated by the member Exporter Associations

    • Past Chairpersons

• 5. ADDRESS BY THE INCOMING CHAIRMAN

• 6. AUDITORS
  To appoint Auditors for the year 2021/2022

• 7. ANY OTHER BUSINESS OF WHICH DUE NOTICE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN
