Notice is hereby given that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Exporters' Association of Sri Lanka will be held on Thursday, 30th July 2020 at 2.00 p.m. as a Virtual Meeting connected through Microsoft Teams.

• 1. MINUTES
  To confirm the minutes of the 22nd Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 29th July, 2019 at the Ground Floor Auditorium of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

• 2. ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
  To approve and adopt the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020.

• 3. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN PRO-TEM

• 4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF MANAGING COMMITTEE FOR 2020 - 2021

  • a) To announce the Chairman and two Vice Chairmen

  • b)To announce the Managing Committee consisting of

    • Members elected by the membership

    • Representatives nominated by the member Exporter Associations

    • Past Chairpersons

• 5. AUDITORS
  To appoint Auditors for the year 2020/2021

• 6. ANY OTHER BUSINESS OF WHICH DUE NOTICE SHALL HAVE BEEN GIVEN
